Vertex Mountain Guides Winter Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Open to anyone who is 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Vertex Mountain Guides and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Entry Period:

  • Giveaway begins at 11/28/2025 8:00 AM EST and ends at 12/3/2025 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter:

  • Complete the entry form on previous page, including your name and email address.

  • Follow @vertexmountainguides on Instagram.

  • Optional: Additional entries may be earned by tagging friends in the giveaway post or sharing to your story.

Prize:

  • Grand Prize: two days of guiding with Keith Moon for up to 4 people.

    • Guiding available in New Hampshire on days mutually agreed upon.

  • Runner-Up Prizes: 2 people will receive 1 spot each in a group course of their choosing ($200 value)

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Prize must be used by 11/30/2026

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vertex Mountain Guides is not responsible for any expense incurred as related to this prize. Including, but not limited to; travel, lodging, meals etc.

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via the email provided and/or Instagram DM within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a forfeit and a new winner may be selected.

Publicity:

  • By entering, participants agree that Vertex Mountain Guides may use their name, Instagram handle, and any submitted content for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

  • Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • By entering, participants release Instagram of all liability.

  • By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Vertex Mountain Guides. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Vertex Mountain Guides reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
